A dedicated photographer, Evelyn Lauder’s stunning photographs were taken over many years in the course of her extensive travels. She focused her camera on views of nature, both grand and minute with an exquisite eye for detail. Starting in 2005, she turned her lens onto her collection of antique lady head vases, using shadows and light to draw attention to the exaggerated drama and beauty of these tiny collectables.
In keeping with Mrs. Lauder’s belief in the healing power of beauty, all proceeds from the sale of her photographs will continue to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The Breast Cancer Research Foundation continues to be a leader in the fight against breast cancer. Acting Chairman of BCRF Leonard Lauder is thrilled that Holiday House is dedicated to BCRF this year. “My wife, Evelyn, with her wonderful eye for beauty, would have been delighted by this event. We look forward to a very successful show house which will fuel BCRF’s ability to continue to fund the most promising research around the world.” |

The Opening Night Preview Party will be held on October 24. The Holiday House will be open to the public between October 25 and November 18 at the eight bay Blavatnik Mansion at 2 East 63rd Street.
